Fennies Nurseries in Bromley is seeking a Room Leader to drive excellence in our Explorer, Discover, Creator or Inventor rooms, delivering outstanding early years education.

You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of your room, inspire your team, plan engaging EYFS-based activities, and foster strong family partnerships. The role offers a competitive salary up to £33,000 with a £1,500 bonus and a 4- or 5-day week.
