What You’ll Be Doing
Visiting customer sites to diagnose, maintain and repair Canon MFP equipment
Using advanced smart diagnostic tools to identify issues before you even arrive
Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships
Working independently with strong team support behind you
Maintaining accurate service records and reports
What We’re Looking For
Solid electrical & mechanical understanding
Basic IT knowledge (networks, connectivity, devices)
A logical, problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in a team
No direct industry experience? No problem — full manufacturer training is provided.
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel across Devon, Cornwall & Somerset
