HVAC Field Engineer – On-Site Install & Service

Synergy 7 Group LTD in Brentwood is seeking a experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems across commercial and residential client sites. The role is full-time and on-site, with responsibility for diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance and delivering compliant service.

You will read technical drawings, complete service reports, liaise with clients, and work with FM teams to ensure quality and safety.
