Curriculum Quality & Leadership Manager

St John’s College in Brighton is seeking a dedicated Curriculum Manager to lead teaching quality, learning, and assessment across the college. You will line-manage a team of teachers, oversee workloads, and drive professional practice to raise standards.

As part of the leadership team, you will contribute to the college’s strategy and annual business plan, attend monthly leadership meetings, and collaborate with senior staff to monitor progress and implement improvements.
