Employment Lawyer – Policy, Training & Advisory

Sefton Council is seeking an experienced employment law advisor to be the first point of contact on employment law matters. You will manage a fast-paced, confidential workload and advise on redundancies, TUPE and day-to-day queries across council departments.

You will draft and review employment agreements, policies and handbooks, provide training, and support major projects, maintaining high standards and ensuring excellent client care both independently and collaboratively.
