Sutton Community Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of Year to foster positive relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies, in line with the school’s vision and values.

The role supports the Head of Year by leading pastoral and safeguarding work, promoting high attendance, addressing behavioural issues, and communicating with a wide range of professionals to support every student’s success.
