School Cover Coordinator & Team Lead

The Lowry Academy in Greater Manchester seeks a confident, organised Cover Manager to coordinate daily cover and supervise the Cover Supervisors. You will line-manage the team, ensure effective deployment of staff, and deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining high standards of student behaviour and engagement.
