Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Data Centre Technician to join our UK team. You’ll become the primary resolver for your support group, troubleshoot on one or more operating systems, perform root cause analysis, and maintain SOP documentation for junior staff.
You’ll handle local projects with your manager and act as escalation for peers. The role involves 24/7 shift coverage, possible 12 hour shifts, and travel up to 10%.
