Couples Live-In Houseparents: Mentor & Caregiver to Students

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. couples provide care, mentorship, supervision and support for 8–13 students, with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.

Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, coordinating schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, and leading daily devotions and chapel.
