Meaningful Support Worker — Flexible 24/7 Shifts

Brandon Trust in Redruth is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help autistic people and those with learning disabilities live independently and pursue their goals. You’ll assist with daily tasks, personal care where needed, and support routines in a person-centred way, always guided by individual preferences.

Flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota with planned ahead scheduling, and a starting pay of £13.46–£13.69 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in shift.
