Support Worker – Flexible Shifts, 24/7 Rota

Brandon Trust is seeking a Support Worker to assist autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities in Clevedon and Nailsea. The role involves supporting daily activities, personal care, and building routines to promote independence and dignity.

You will work flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota, with training provided and a focus on person-centred support. A full UK driving license is an advantage but not essential.
