Non-Household Metering Operations Lead

Thames Water is seeking a Non-Household Operability Manager to lead the Field Investigation workstream within the Smart Metering Operations Centre. You will own end-to-end investigations of non-performing smart meters, using data from CMOS and MDMS to drive timely resolutions and improve market outcomes for retailers and customers.
