Senior Fashion Merchandiser — Global Trade Ownership (Hybrid)

Harding+ is seeking a commercially driven Senior Merchandiser to own the Fashion & Accessories category within the Lifestyle division. Based in Bristol with hybrid working (2–3 days in the office, Tue–Thu), you will oversee WSSI and OTB, align stock investment with demand, and influence category planning and margin performance.

You’ll lead weekly trade reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with Buying, Operations and Logistics to optimise stock flow.
