Savings Customer Ambassador — Part-Time, On-Site Impact

Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Savings Customer Ambassador in Brigg to be the first point of contact for customers face to face or by phone. You will support the end-to-end customer journey, walking in customers’ shoes and identifying needs through friendly conversations and service.

The role focuses on saving growth and customer retention, with opportunities to refer customers to trusted partners. It is a small, collaborative branch serving the local community, on-site daily.
