Night Shift Emergency Call Centre Operator (24/7)

South Lanarkshire Council is recruiting for Call Services Assistants to join the 24 Hour Control Centre in Hamilton. You will handle calls for Emergency Response and Community Alarm Services, using up-to-date IT and communications systems.

Excellent communication, IT skills and the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as being a team player, are essential. A shift pattern of 4 on 12 off (10pm–7am) is required.
