MSK Employment Coach — Hybrid Role, Transform Lives

Red 5 People is recruiting an Employment Advisor/Coach to support people with physical health conditions into lasting work as part of an MSK employment programme. You’ll work closely with Physiotherapists, deliver one-to-one employment coaching, and engage with employers while maintaining accurate records.

Based in modern offices, you’ll join a friendly multidisciplinary team and manage a caseload of around 25.
