Year 5 Teaching Assistant – Support & Empower Learning

Horizon Teachers is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in Year 5 at a welcoming primary school in Chobham, Surrey, starting as soon as possible. You will work closely with the class teacher to support Year 5 pupils, helping them thrive academically and personally throughout the school year.

You’ll provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with classroom organisation, and help create a positive, nurturing environment.
