Description

  • Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception through to completion.
  • Lead financial reviews, business assessments and cash flow forecasting assignments.
  • Support businesses, lenders and other stakeholders through periods of financial distress and transformation.
  • Prepare reports, proposals and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage administrators, analysts and junior team members, providing coaching and technical guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships whilst identifying opportunities for additional work.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on complex restructuring and turnaround projects.
  • Ensure all assignments are delivered in line with regulatory and professional standards.

Profile

Must hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or JIEB

Previous experience within restructuring, recovery, insolvency or turnaround advisory

Strong technical knowledge of corporate restructuring and insolvency processes
