Description
- Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception through to completion.
- Lead financial reviews, business assessments and cash flow forecasting assignments.
- Support businesses, lenders and other stakeholders through periods of financial distress and transformation.
- Prepare reports, proposals and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage administrators, analysts and junior team members, providing coaching and technical guidance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships whilst identifying opportunities for additional work.
- Work closely with senior leadership on complex restructuring and turnaround projects.
- Ensure all assignments are delivered in line with regulatory and professional standards.
Profile
Must hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or JIEB
Previous experience within restructuring, recovery, insolvency or turnaround advisory
Strong technical knowledge of corporate restructuring and insolvency processes
