About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Support Officer to join our friendly, welcoming team on a permanent basis. Working alongside the Executive Support Team to provide a strategic support service to our Executive Management Team and Board of Directors.
Typical activities will include; Providing direct support to members of Executive Management Team and assist in management of each of the Directorates. Effective email and diary management, prioritising issues and being proactive in planning ahead. Being a first point of contact for Directors, dealing directly and liaising with others to resolving queries. To organise and service meetings as well as producing accurate minutes in several different formats, including the Board of Directors meetings.
Naturally organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload, you will work closely with the wider Leadership Team enabling both strategic and operational delivery across all services.
Candidate requirements:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a consistent, confidential support function to both our Executive Management Team and the wider Leadership Team. You will need to be proactive and have a ‘can do’ approach, be a good representative for our team and have the ability to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders and employees alike. We are looking for someone who has a minimum 2 year’s experience in a personal assistant role and providing support to a senior management team.
