Senior Risk & Compliance Director (Law Firm)

LR Legal Recruitment is seeking a senior Head of Risk & Compliance for a leading London law firm. You will own the firm’s risk, regulatory and compliance function, shaping policy, training, and governance across AML, sanctions and data protection.

You will work with Partners and senior management to embed a robust framework, manage regulatory relationships with the SRA and oversee investigations, audits and ongoing compliance monitoring.
