Office fit out contract
250 – 290 per day
My client are a medium sized office fit-out contractor who work on projects across the UK. They have an 500k office fit out project starting in Manchester on the 7th of September.
The ideal candidate will come from a trade background as well as having several year site management experience within the fit-out sector.
You will be responsible for H&S on site, management of sub-contractors, management of labour and deliveries. Liaison with Freeholder via the PM/ Director supporting the project, generating weekly schedules / short term programs and progress reports, attend client meetings.
Experience with similar projects in a live environment to accommodate other tenants would be highly desirable.
Must have SMSTS, First aid and CSCS.
