Community Midwifery Matron: Lead Women’s Care & Innovation

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced midwifery lead to oversee the 24‑hour provision of high quality, women‑centred care across the midwifery services in Nottingham.

You will provide clinical leadership for both low and high risk maternity care, drive service improvement, manage workforce within budget, and uphold governance and patient safety.

A weekend and overnight on‑call commitment will be required to support the safe running of the maternity service.
