The Vacancy

CJ Associates part of the RSK Group have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in Avonmouth, Bristol, UK for a fixed term of one year.

Responsibilities

  • Data processing, typing of technical information into proprietary software.
  • Assist project managers with ordering and arranging equipment for site.
  • Update, maintain and enforce approved supplier list.
  • Chase and collate staff timesheets.
  • Maintain holiday records.
  • Arrange and book staff hotels.
  • Assist with providing audit information
  • Undertake reception duties
  • Maintain and update purchase order register.
  • Assist with general accounts administration.
  • In addition to your normal duties, you may occasionally be required to undertake additional work necessary to meet the needs of the business, without additional remuneration

Qualifications & Experience required

Essential Skills

  • Computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Personal Skills

  • Conduct business in a professional manner at all times.
  • Ability to work to deadlines & targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and friendly attitude

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to £30,000

We are problem-solvers, happy to engage collaboratively with clients and support projects at the early contractor involvement stage with a best-for-project approach.
