In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, resolve challenges, improve retention, and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Driving customer retention and account growth across your portfolio
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues with a commercial, customer-focused approach
  • Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate forecasting through CRM systems
  • Following up on customer enquiries and delivering tailored solutions
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Achieving individual revenue, retention, and activity targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • A commercially minded approach with a track record of growing customer accounts
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and organised
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to work independently
