Due to a focus on a more planned maintenance programme, they wish to appoint an engineer to a day-based maintenance engineer role to be hands-on but focus on root cause analysis and proper long-term fixes to improve OEE.Your new role Working in a large maintenance team, you will be Monday to Friday, supporting the team but also focusing on analysis of breakdowns and issues and examining how future work can give a longer-term fix, thus reducing instances of breakdown and freeing the team to work on more preventative-based you’ll need to succeed Time served in engineering, multi-skilled ability in production related or transferable experience. Ideally, strong electrical know-howWhat you’ll get in return Salary is circa £50000 before overtime for a Monday to Friday role, 33 days annual leave, a very strong pension, and a host of additional benefits I can explain in discussion.
