Disabled Facilities Grants Officer (Two-Year Fixed Term)

Rushmoor Borough Council is seeking two disabled facilities grant officers to work within Operational Services. You will assess, process and administer Disabled Facility Grants from referral receipt to payment to the contractor, with discretionary housing renewal grants and loans included.

You will be self-motivated, empathetic and an excellent communicator, able to draw up schedules of works based on OT recommendations and carry out financial means tests to determine eligibility.
