Role Description / Rate Of Pay £15-£22 PH Weekly Or Monthly Pay

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Assistant located in Ipswich and local area's. Our Healthcare Assistants will be responsible for assisting patients with daily personal care, supporting medical teams, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with patients and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and support are provided.

Please note all candidates are required to work within IR35 regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Manual Handling to assist patients safely and effectively
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate and build rapport with patients and healthcare teams
• Experience in Patient Care, focusing on delivering quality health and personal care services
• Understanding of Medicine, including basic knowledge of medication administration and handling
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
• Relevant certification or training in healthcare or similar field is desirable
