As Operations Manager you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment while supporting ongoing improvements and future development plans. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys making a visible impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring exceptional standards throughout
- Coordinate and manage contractors across security, cleaning, and maintenance, while working closely with external consultants to deliver a high-quality service
- Building strong relationships with a wide range of tenants, stakeholders, and partners
- Work collaboratively with architects, design & build teams, and external consultants to deliver fit-outs and ongoing development on a live site

What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in operations, facilities, or property management
- A confident leader with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results
