Software Delivery Consultant (AI / DeepTech)

We’re growing our delivery team and looking for someone who can operate at a high level in software or cloud recruitment.

You’ll be working with some of the most advanced AI research environments and deep technology organisations in the UK. These are highly funded, innovation-led teams operating at the intersection of science, engineering, and machine learning. The work spans complex technical challenges in areas such as AI systems, large-scale computing, computational science, and advanced software engineering.

We have established relationships across these organisations and consistent access to senior hiring needs across research, engineering, and technical leadership.

This role is focused on delivery. You’ll be trusted to manage key roles, work closely with hiring teams, and build strong candidate pipelines in highly competitive technical markets.

What you’ll do:

• Source topend technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, and direct outreach
• Work closely with technical leaders and hiring managers to understand complex requirements and shape searches
• Manage the full candidate experience. Keep people informed, prepared, and engaged
• Maintain strong control across processes and live pipelines in fast-moving environments
• Track delivery performance and identify ways to improve speed and qualit
• Share market insight, candidate movement, and hiring intelligence with the wider team

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in software, cloud, or deep tech recruitment
• Proven track record working on senior-level technical and engineering roles
• Confidence speaking with highly technical candidates and senior stakeholders
• Strong delivery focus and attention to detail
• Someone who takes ownership and follows through in fast-moving, high-demand markets

You’ll be working in a market where depth of talent and technical quality really matters. Access to strong client demand is already in place. The focus is on execution, precision, and delivery.
