Joint Replacement Specialist - South East

Our client is a recognised leader in complex joint reconstruction, known for innovation, quality, and cutting-edge surgical solutions. Partnering with healthcare providers, they push the boundaries of orthopaedics to deliver implant solutions that restore mobility and improve patients’ quality of life.

They are now seeking a Joint Replacement Specialist to support the South East region, including Kent, E Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Scrub Nurse or ODP or equivalent with experience in joint reconstruction surgery to move into a specialist clinical role. You will provide expert support in theatre, assist with complex cases, and deliver clinical training that strengthens the surgical and sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Providing training and clinical support
• Working alongside the business to achieve sales targets
• Building positive relationships with current and potential clients
• Providing training and clinical support to customers
• Promoting the business

Experience:

• Candidate will be a current Clinical Specialist with Orthopaedic product knowledge, a Sales Representative from Orthopaedics or have clinical experience working as an ODP, Scrub nurse in surgical orthopaedic theatres
• Highly motivated and driven
• Commercially minded, some commercial experience would be beneficial but not mandatory
• Full valid driving licence
• Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
