Regional Contracts Manager - Construction

Company: OneSchool Global

Location: Warwickshire

Posted: May 1st, 2026

Are you a senior construction and commercial leader who thrives on managing multiple high-value projects whilst staying close to the delivery?

We are looking for an experienced Regional Contracts Manager to lead a complex portfolio of capital projects across OneSchool Global UK. This is a high-impact role with accountability for a multi-million pound programme, where you will oversee 8-12 live projects at any one time, typically valued at £10m+.

Operating from a client-side perspective, you will take ownership of commercial governance and delivery oversight across multiple projects, managing main contractors and third-party consultants to ensure successful outcomes.

This is not a purely strategic or oversight role, we are looking for someone who combines strong commercial leadership and a hands-on approach who is comfortable setting direction at portfolio level and getting into the detail to drive delivery, challenges and solutions.

This role will be based 2 days per week at our Regional Support Office in Warwick and 3 days spent visiting live construction projects across the UK supporting delivery on new build and capital developments.
