Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Data Entry and Records Administrator to support a high‑profile aerospace maintenance programme based on site at Brize Norton. This role offers the opportunity to work in a secure, regulated environment where accuracy and data integrity are critical. The contract is inside IR35 and is likely to roll on for the right candidate.

The role focuses on the management and upkeep of digital maintenance records within a Maintenance Data System. You will work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure component and asset information is accurately transferred from paper documentation into structured digital systems, supporting compliance and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain component and asset records within the Maintenance Data System
• Accurately transfer maintenance data from paper documentation into digital systems
• Review and validate maintenance records for completeness and accuracy
• Generate reports and support audits as required
• Assist with improving digital data entry and record‑keeping processes

As a Data Entry and Records Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining data quality and supporting day‑to‑day maintenance operations.

Essential experience and skills

• Strong data entry or administrative experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident IT user, ideally with exposure to Microsoft Access or XML
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eligible to meet UK security clearance requirements

Contract details

• Location: Brize Norton (on site)
• Contract: Inside IR35, likely to roll on
• Pay: £21.74 per hour PAYE or £29.07 per hour Umbrella
• Hours: 35 hours per week
