The role:

• Partnering with managers on ER, performance, and absence
• Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding onwards
• Supporting payroll and HR processes
• Driving engagement, communication, and wellbeing initiatives
• Providing people data and insight to improve performance

About you:

• Solid generalist HR experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Confident dealing with managers and handling people challenges head-on
• Organised, proactive, and not afraid to get stuck in
