A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Paralegal to support its rapidly expanding Financial Services and Investment Funds practice in London.

The Team
- Focus on advising asset managers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions
- Strong pipeline of high-value, complex cross-border work
- Direct exposure to senior lawyers and high-profile clients
The Work
The team operates across three key areas:
- Financial Services Regulatory & Transactional Support
- Advising on regulatory aspects of major transactions, including M&A and new product launches
- Strategic Bank Partnerships
- Supporting asset managers in structuring large-scale partnerships with banks (often multi-billion value)
- Structured & Bespoke Financings
- Working on complex, non-standard financing solutions across a range of asset classes, including securitisation and asset-backed structures
