The role:
- Owning and developing strategic relationships with legal clients
- Driving revenue growth across a defined portfolio
- Leading opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Building account plans and identifying cross‑team growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with delivery and marketing teams
- Forecasting and reporting on pipeline and performance
About you:
- Ideally a qualified solicitor, or someone with a background working in the legal market looking to pivot into a client relationship director role
- Proven experience managing senior legal or professional‑services client relationships
- Credible with partners, GCs, and senior legal stakeholders
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Confident in high‑touch, in‑person relationship‑building
- Organised, emotionally intelligent and relationship‑driven
