Primary Teacher and Subject Leader - Job Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of a rigorous and engaging curriculum within your subject area across all year groups
- Support and coach Primary Teachers to deliver consistently high-quality lessons, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, creating a positive classroom culture where all learners feel supported to succeed
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress, close attainment gaps and ensure all pupils achieve ambitious outcomes
- Contribute to a whole-school culture of collaboration, working closely with colleagues, families and the wider community
- Play an active role in staff development, modelling best practice and supporting others through coaching and shared learning
Primary Teacher and Subject Leader - Candidate Specification:- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record of excellent classroom practice
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and impactful lessons that inspire pupils
- A genuine belief in the importance of relationships and a commitment to supporting every child to succeed
- Leadership potential, with the ability to coach and develop colleagues
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team
