Job Summary:


The Human Resources Manager will lead and evolve a high-performing HR function that enables the Company’s strategic objectives, growth, and culture. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the role combines operational delivery with strategic influence, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and driving commercially focused people solutions that improve organisational performance.


The role is accountable for attracting, developing, and retaining talent, embedding a high-performance and values-led culture, and ensuring the organisation operates with full compliance and sound people governance. This is an opportunity to shape and continuously improve the HR function within a growing, multi-site healthcare organisation.
