Private Client Paralegal – Hybrid Working – Great Benefits

\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established yet forward-thinking high street practice. This is an ideal role for a motivated paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive 5-person Private Client team.
\nYou will assist with a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, and Probate, working closely with experienced fee earners. The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality client care and offers a collaborative environment with strong administrative and secretarial support. Hybrid working is available, alongside an excellent benefits package.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n
\n\t- Assisting fee earners with a varied caseload of Private Client matters
\n\t- Drafting Wills and supporting on Trust and Probate files
\n\t- Liaising with clients, third parties, and HMRC where required
\n\t- Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
\n
\n\n
\nCandidate Criteria:
\n\n
\n\t- Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Private Client law
\n\t- Exposure to Wills, Probate, and/or Trust matters
\n\t- Strong client care skills and ability to build lasting relationships
\n\t- Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
