Project Delivery Manager

Role: Project Delivery ManagerLocation: Hybrid / Wimbledon officeContract type: Full time, permanentThe Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the allocation, coordination, and commercial oversight of all projects within the Order Management / Contracts function. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Carrier quality standards, while maintaining strong customer relationships and protecting margin.What will you be doing?Allocate projects based on complexity, location, and capabilityMaintain oversight of all live projects and delivery performance across the portfolioOwn project margin performance and proactively identify and mitigate commercial risksAct as escalation point for delivery, commercial, and customer issuesCoordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignmentEnsure accurate order-to-delivery alignment with Customer Care AdministratorsDrive consistent delivery standards, governance, and reportingSupport continuous improvement of delivery processes and scalability of the operating modelTo be successful in this role you will have/be:Proven experience in project delivery, operations, or project management within HVAC, construction, or building servicesStrong commercial awareness with experience managing project margins and financial performanceExperience using project management tools such as Asana and/or MS ProjectStrong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), particularly within SAP/S4 for managing multiple billing milestonesExperience using SAP S/4HANA (or similar ERP systems)Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong communication, coordination, and leadership skillsWhat can we offer you?Competitive base salaryBonusHybrid working25 Days Holiday + bank holidaysHoliday purchase schemeCompany pension schemeCareer progression – we love to build and nurture talent from within, therefore we’ll work with you to achieve your long-term career aspirationsMore about us:Carrier is the world’s leader in high-technology heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions.
