As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding and seamless guest experience across the estate. You will lead a large front-of-house team, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

You will act as the key point of contact for guests, overseeing arrivals, departures, requests, and day-to-day service delivery across the estate. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both operational precision and a natural flair for anticipating guest needs before they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the front-of-house team across the estate
• Deliver a flawless guest journey from arrival to departure
• Maintain exceptional service standards at all times
• Coordinate with housekeeping, private chefs, and estate operations teams
• Handle VIP guests, special requests, and bespoke experiences with discretion
• Oversee scheduling, training, and team performance
• Ensure all areas of the estate present to the highest luxury standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality (private members’ clubs, 5-star hotels, or private estates)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Calm, professional, and highly discreet
• Exceptional attention to detail and service delivery
• Naturally proactive with a “no request too big or small” mindset
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends as required
