- Strong understanding of how consumer behaviour influences food choices and purchasing decisions
- Commercially astute with solid P&L management experience
- Experience or strong awareness of product development and innovation
- Confident communicator, able to influence both internal teams and external partners
- Naturally curious, with the ability to spot trends before they hit the mainstream
- Someone who gets excited about food — from concept through to customer experience
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging food trends, shifting customer behaviours, and market opportunities
- Source and develop exciting new products, menu items, and add-on ranges
- Lead menu planning and product development from concept through to launch
- Stay ahead of trends through market research, competitor insight, and continuous exploration
- Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring a high-quality product and customer experience
- Review P&L performance, manage cost of goods, and monitor ROI
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional activity to drive engagement and revenue
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution across the business
- Present commercial insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders
