We’re looking for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a caring, community-focused primary school, supporting three pupils with SEND in a Year 4 class.

This is a part-time role, Monday to Wednesday, starting as soon as the right person is found. If you’re someone who brings calm, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs, you’ll fit right in.

• Providing targeted support to three pupils with SEND
• Helping them access learning in a way that works for them
• Building strong, trusting relationships that boost confidence and independence
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider team to create a supportive, inclusive environment

• Days: Monday to Wednesday
• Start: ASAP, as soon as the right candidate is found
• Role: Supporting three pupils with SEND in Year 4
• Requirement: Enhanced child-only DBS on the Update Service
