This role focuses on shaping delivery models, strengthening governance, and overseeing commercial and procurement activity within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t- Provide strategic commercial leadership across a major digital programme
\n\t- Support delivery model assessment at programme and enterprise level
\n\t- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders (Director level and below)
\n\t- Ensure robust governance, assurance, and compliance
\n\t- Oversee end‑to‑end procurement activity
\n\t- Operate effectively in a high‑assurance, high‑visibility environment

Essential Experience
\n\n
\n\t- Hands‑on HMT Green Book business cases
\n\t- Exposure to Public Accounts 2023
\n\t- Large‑scale public sector programme experience
\n\t- End‑to‑end commercial and procurement lifecycle knowledge
\n\t- Strong experience with CCS frameworks
\n\t- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
