What we're looking for:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Proven experience working within an early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Confidence planning and delivering engaging activities to support development
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Sound safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare
