We are actively recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to join our dynamic team. This role involves working across various mainstream secondary schools, providing day-to-day and short-term teaching support. Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for all students.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and subjects.
- Travel to different school sites as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
- Strong classroom management skills and flexibility to adapt to varying educational settings.
