Graphic Designer (Maternity Cover)

For over 30 years we've been helping charities and non-profits create printed materials, digital experiences and identities. We create brands, produce printed materials such as impact reports, magazines and fundraising materials, and design and build bespoke websites.

Role Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team, with 1-2 years minimum commercial experience.

Working as part of the studio team, you will be responsible for producing designed materials in response to client’s briefs. These briefs vary in nature and may include but are not limited to deliverables such as reports, magazines, newsletters, branding, digital graphics, website and email designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design, with experience in creating layouts and visual assets
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience working with charities or nonprofit organizations is a plus
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred

The role will be based in our office in Bowthorpe, Norwich.

Either part time (30 hours per week) or full time (37 hours per week) considered.

This is a maternity cover position, fixed term until March 2027.
