New Product Introduction Project Manager

Location: Durham (Fully onsite)

Salary: Up to £40,000 DoE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. (2pm Friday finish)

We are recruiting for an NPI Project Manager to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business based in near Durham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project experience in a technical or manufacturing environment who enjoys managing projects from concept through to delivery.

Working within the NPI team, you will take ownership of complex engineering projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a customer-focused role, requiring strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements:

• HNC or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
• Experience supporting or delivering projects within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of NPI processes and project lifecycles.
• Commercial awareness including budgeting and resource planning.
• Experience working with technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
