Digital Marketing Executive

Due to this growth, the business is now looking to strengthen its Marketing function with the addition of aDigital Marketing Executive. This is a fantasticfull-time, permanent opportunityto join a values-led business within a 30-minute commute of Ripon, Northallerton, Richmond, Thirsk, or Boroughbridge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content (including being comfortable appearing on camera)
• Support with photoshoots, product styling and behind-the-scenes content capture
• Write compelling captions aligned with our brand voice and sustainability messaging
• Schedule posts and manage content calendars
• Monitor engagement and support community management
• Track and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic and conversion
• Support influencer collaborations and UGC coordination
• Stay on top of trends, audio, formats and platform updates
• Provide cross-functional support to other departments during peak trading periods

Requirements

• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera
• Previous SEO experience would be highly advantageous
• A genuine interest in marketing the clients products and brand
