Mid Weight Digital Designer
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Mid weight Digital Designer to join a fast-growing consumer brand group. This role will support a portfolio of well-known FMCG brands, creating digital-first content that engages audiences and drives performance across social, CRM, and web channels.
The ideal candidate will be confident across all areas of digital design, with experience in motion graphics or animation and a strong understanding of what drives user engagement. You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver effective and visually compelling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality creative assets for a portfolio of consumer brands, with a strong focus on paid social campaigns
- Develop design concepts for digital marketing initiatives, from initial ideas to final delivery
- Lead the creation of paid media assets including static, animated, and video content
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative and wider design and growth marketing teams
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and global markets
- Support print and multi-channel campaign work as needed
- Use project management tools such as Asana and Slack to track workflow and collaborate with teams
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, proofreading and refining assets before delivery
- Present creative ideas clearly to internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a design role within an in-house team or creative agency, ideally within FMCG
- Strong portfolio demonstrating effective paid ad creatives for platforms such as Meta and TikTok
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Comfortable working across multiple brand identities and adapting visual styles
- Understanding of design best practices for user engagement and customer acquisition
- Bonus points for experience in Figma and packaging design
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
