We are currently hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants to focus on outbound client engagement and senior level hiring, within the global consulting market.
This role suits individuals who already have at least 12 months of recruitment experience and enjoy building relationships with senior professionals, developing commercial opportunities, and staying closely involved in live search work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships with senior leaders across consulting firms internationally
- Proactive client outreach and long term relationship development
- Converting market conversations into live search mandates
- Working closely with Analysts to shape candidate shortlists and search strategy
- Sourcing strong talent on the market
- Engaging with candidates and managing client communication throughout assignments
- Utilising technology advancements to better yourself and the company
What we’re looking for:
- Confidence speaking with senior professionals and building relationships
- Comfort with proactive outreach and business development
- Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
- Experience in recruitment, executive search, consulting, or professional services sales is advantageous
